CAPCO stands for the “Conestoga After Prom Celebration Organization”. It is a volunteer parent group dedicated to planning and hosting a safe, fun-filled, alcohol-free, and drug-free celebration after the Junior Prom ends.
Following a national trend to provide safe experiences, concerned parents and community members founded CAPCO in 1998 to plan, fund and host an all-night party following the Junior Prom. With the change in driving laws in recent years, CAPCO's after-prom party has also ensured that young adults are able to spend the whole evening with their friends while complying with limited legal driving times.
